Environment variables

Variable	Effect
`STUDIO_USERNAME`	Default for `username`.
`STUDIO_PASSWORD`	Default for `password`.
`STUDIO_SECRET`	Default for `secret`; when set, the shorthand builds `JwtStudioAuth`.
`GISILA_ALLOW_INSECURE=1`	Default for `allowInsecure`: serve with weak credentials (logs a warning).
